Currently 21 weeks and I've been doing a ton is squats and leg work. Basically my lower half is still in decent shape. Looking for suggestions on low impact arm and back exercises? I could care less about working on my core at the moment. It's going to poo anyway.

The only exercise my arms are getting is when I lift my spoon from my ice cream bowl to my mouth.

Sorry, hope you find some answers :) I thought I would try to keep in shape better so I could get back into competition form sooner, but no such luck LOL.

yoga or pilates. I still cleaned stalls and did zumba until I was about 34 weeks, but I had been doing that all along. I stopped ever since then (baby is now 16 months) and now feel like a weak city girl. Yikes!!

Lol!!! These comments genuinely made me laugh!! I wasn't active at all with my first who's now 18 months old. I've been trying to do some things this time...I never did get back into competition after my daughter was born before getting pregnant again, mostly because I didn't trust my body anymore. I felt so weak and unbalanced if that makes sense? . But I'm not giving up my frozen custard and ice cream sandwiches

I keep telling myself I'm going to do the prenatal yoga class and then I never do bc I'm afraid of looking silly. I've tried a little bit of yoga at home and man it's way harder than it looks!
