What is your favorite Joint Supplement for horses that have had injuries and need something extra and why???
I've heard that the Liquid Joint Supplements are much better for this, what do you think?

Thank you, I will look at those. I have used Super Joint Solution and OCD and like them both. The Super Joint is a liquid and the OCD is a pellet, both run about $89 and work good for horses that are recovering from an injury or needing extra joint support and to help with inflammation. I want something that has a combination of Chondroitin, Glucosamine and HA in it. Just looking at alternatives and comparing to see what others use and like as well.

Glucosamin Plus - 10,000 mg per day of both Glucosamine HCI and MSM plus Vit C,E and magnesium to up absorption rates and work as an anti-oxidant. Powder formula that horses like Keep in mind that liquids need to be kept at room type temp. Can not get frozen or over heated. Oxygen makes them break down. http://www.pureformequinehealth.com/productdetails.aspx?PRODUCT_ID=2 They will also send you a free 2 week sample to try

My only issue is Glucosamine " HCL" is not near as absorbable as " Sulfate". The HCL is a lot cheaper as well and this is why you see so many products on the market with HCL. The Sulfate products are far more expensive.
