Every morning I wake up and have major throw up attacks. (no I'm not preggo that I've been spayed). Then I have real bad dizzy spells and major fatigue. Like some days I have hell keeping my eyes open until 7:30. I'm weak and I jut don't feel right. I get migraines like 4 day a week when I really can't remember the last time I had a headache past five months ago. I went to the dr. She said cut out caffeine. I did. Still not good. I have another appt next week but when I talked to dr that what he said it sounded like. Or lime disease. Any one have experience with any of this!!???

I had the same symptoms - it was severe anemia for me. I had blood pulled multiple times and each time my Dr. said I was fine. Finally, my Gyno Dr. was the one who caught it. I hope you find what's wrong soon.

Vertigo is not my friend LOL  I am happy to say I haven't had any serious issues lately, but there was a time. Three basic causes of vertigo...1) Viral (goes away when it goes away) this is what I dealt with; 2) inner ear or sinus infection; 3) crystals in your ears have moved (usually resulting from a head trauma, but not always).   The only description I can give for the Vertigo I dealt with is like being a sober drunk with spins you can't stop causing you to throw up. However everyone is a little different.  My dad had the third problem and he was getting some relief from head positioning (holding your head in different positions for a set length of time hoping to get the crystals back in line).  I always carry Bonine (chewable Meclizine the active ingredient in motion sickness medicine).
I know nothing about the afftects of Lyme Disease, but hope you find out what is going on and get some relief.

Griz you have a good memory it's been a while ago since I fought Vertigo.  Happy to say no major issues with it for several years.

I had vertigo really bad. Went to a doctor in Longview, Texas, and he did these different turning and twisting maneuvers on me while I laid on a table. Had immediate relief!!

My boyfriend got a concussion from a fall in Dec 2013 and has suffered similar symptoms ever since, although severity has been gradually decreasing with time. During the first year the slightest things would set off nausea and migraines; temperature changes like stepping out of a hot shower into a cool room, or stepping outside on a cold day, or just getting a little overheated outside; heavy bass sounds from a stereo; bright light; various movements like a spinning ceiling fan, watching a broom sweep back and forth, or shopping carts moving in a store; sudden movements like bending down to tie his shoes, standing up too fast, or elevator rides. These things would set off instant gag reflex and horrible headaches. He worked with a vestibular therapist for several months which really did help him a lot. They tried lots of medications, but the only one that really helped was Zofran for the bouts of nausea. If he took a Zofran before we went to town or went outside to mess with the horses it usually prevented him from getting sick. One of the biggest helps is just figuring out what your triggers are and doing your best to avoid or minimize them. Definitely look into vestibular therapy.

My sister-in-law had similar issues and saw numerous doctors before being diagnosed with a virus that attacks the inner ear.  That might be something to investigate with your doctor.

Google Epley Manuver It might help and can't hurt. I do mine at home on my hands and knees  which is a veriation on the Epley. Also, take Meclizine also wont hurt. My Dr also had me take a good allergy med. This may not be the cure but is cheap and won't hurt but there are some other things that could be going on that should be checked on.  Good Luck.

I had the same issues. I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome after we ruled out a ton of other things. I also have spinal issues and I'm saving up the money for two MRIs. Since its my neck and in between the shoulder blades they have to do 2 separate MRIs.

I have also started some supplements that are supposed to be naturally produced by your body and it has helped a ton!

I was diagnosed with Idiopathic Hypersomnia which is similar in symptoms to CFS. What are you taking that is helping?

Sorry OP. Not trying to hijack your thread!

Kelsey is in a biz to biz group with me and is very passionate about her work. She specializes in vertigo. Give her a call. I know you aren't in the area but they do clinics all over the states and could maybe refer you to a specialist.

I am on CoQ10, D-Ribose, Magnesium, and an adrenal supplement. I have muscle relaxers and pain pills for my back issues. I still have some fatigue issues that are linked to whatever is going on in my neck. Won't have those answers until I can afford the MRIs.
