	You have heard me preach the same things over and over and have been bored, distracted and highly doubtful ... so maybe seeing is believing how proper conditioning is the best thing you can do for your horse... AMAZING VIDEO OF INSIDE A HORSE ... note how the skeleton and the hardest used joints are held together and supported by NOTHING .. Then here comes the muscles, ligaments, sinews where each part is supported by another to create the coordination to make all parts work like a well oiled machine!! Each part must be in rhythm with the attached and extended parts whether they are connected or on opposite sides. As you can easily see and become more aware .... a horse in good muscle condition will hold itself together and be sound much longer than an out of condition horse that is rode hard and injures itself due to owners and riders lack of consideration on keeping a horse in superb shape in order to protect your horse from the most common injuries!! Pause this video and watch the strength and rhythm increase as each muscle controls a section of the horses body ... even the head nod is moving his shoulders // clavicle to extend his stride and balance ... Ever wonder how the stifle // rear knee joint survives the fast hard movements we ask of our horses ... muscle tone is what holds it in place from the pelvic to the hock ..... so concentrate on keeping your horses legged up and in shape with pasture riding instead of over working one in an arena making too many severe moves which can easily strain a muscle and wreck havoc with his skeletal and muscular wrappings .. ... ENJOY!!
