| I think his style is winning. LOL
Can't tell you anything about him or his clinics. I think he has started a lot of really nice horses that we all admire. |

| LOL I do see he just won a huge race this weekend! I thought he was more of a futurity rider/trainer, which I'm not into, so was curious on his style if he's easy to follow and stuff. But yes I would say he's had success in the pen |

| I have been to multiple clinics and would go again in a heartbeat. Ryan and KC are great for all levels of horses and riders. I have taken three different horses, all at different stages, and learned a lot with each of them. Highly recommend him. Plus they are a blast to be around :) |

Location: Canada | I haven't been to one personally (but really want to go) I've had lots of friends go and they all loved his clinics and all got something very useful out of it. |

Location: North Dakota | I went to my first Ryan and KC clinic this spring and enjoyed myself. I think they have A LOT of really fun drills to really get your horse moving its feet in the turn. |

I thought he was more of a futurity rider/trainer, which I'm not into, so was curious on his style if he's easy to follow and stuff. But yes I would say he's had success in the pen They have a great program for any horse ...if you are looking for confidence on a colt or to shave off those extra tenths on your rodeo horse - their drills will really help get a horse balanced and snappy. We have had beginners to Professional riders attend and everyone walks away with a program designed for them. Ryan will ride each horse and then when you go onto work drills they will work those drills specifically for what that paticular horse/rider needs. You can learn alot by just watching everyone go through on their horses. If you have a colt he's going to give you the building blocks to prepare that horse for longetiviy in the barrel pen...if you have a rodeo horse he's going to set you up with a program to keep that horse tuned and working to the best of it's ability.
We have had several riders come to these clinics that are at a real low point with themselves and their horses, that they are on the verge of quitting ... they will leave these clinics with a confidence they didn't know they are capable of. I've seen it over and over and I can't say enough about how Ryan and Kc can relate with each and every rider. The transformations in riders and horses is incredible.
edited to add: I've hosted 8 of my own and when I figured out stats over 85% of the people attending had been to three or more clinics with them here. I've had riders who have attended every single one - they sell out quick when they open up here.
You can read more on his program in these articles: Part One: http://www.barrelhorsenews.com/articles/how-to/4137-from-round-pen-to-rodeo-ready.html

Hopefully that helps

Location: Where I am happiest | Ryan trained and futuritied Blazen Jetolena who then went to the NFR with Melanie Southard. He trained and futuritied Sheza Blazen Move who then went to the NFR numerous time with Christy Loflin. His horses are broke, light, responsive, and easy to ride behind him. Unlike alot of the guy futurity trainers Ryan is not a run em in there and pulllllllllllllllllllllllll them around bouncing off the walls. He is one guy, most women can jump on and go win with his horses. |
