	You want natural vitamin E. I get it from Smart Pak. There's a big difference between natural and synthetic and how the body is able to use it. Not all Vitamin E supplements are equal. Be sure you know what you are getting. It's better to pay a little more for the good stuff than to go cheap and spend money for something that's not going to do any good.
