I have used this on my horse off the track with tremendous results!!! He used to be kind of sore over his back and urinated a lot, was a little hyper when competing. etc. These really did the trick. Anyone know if you can leave them on it all the time???? Thanks!!!!! I notice they make like a 2 weeks tune up size.. lol

My little mare is on the ENC kidney, she is on it full time due to kidney stones. Last December my supplier had run out, ordered more and something happened, it didnt' get shipped timely. About 5 days without it in the cold when she wasn't really drinking a lot and she got a little colicky acting.

It isn't recommended to leave on them long term. Rather help the issue and then use it as needed. If they need to be on it for longer term, sometimes skipping 1 day per week to rest the body can be beneficial. I personally have 1 horse that tends to need it more often and gets it about every other month for a few weeks. I also know people that will use it for 1 week out of the month and that is what works for their horse. Typically though 2-3 times per year (usually Spring and Fall) are good unless they need it more often.
