I have read on here and it usually states in catalogs/online websites that Sore No More will lather when rubbed into a sore spot. How accurate do you think this? What is in it that would cause it to lather just on a sore spot?

Just something I have always wondered. I usually rub the liniment or gel on my mares stifles and hocks before and after a run. I ran her last weekend and left her alone for a few days and when I reapplied liniment the other day both stifles and both hocks lathered, and usually they don't.

I had sore no more lather up on my horse and I thought it was bad.  I googled it and it says it will lather on sore areas.
