Never  reuse a syringe.   I guess it would depend on bad a bleeder he is  if you need to give it at home.   I don't run mine at home and try to not use lasix more than what is necessary.

I don't give lasix at home if I'm breezing or making a practice run, but my mare has never bled at home... but I do know a girl who has a bad bleeder and she gives lasix whenever she breezes or makes a fast run, whether it be practice or otherwise.

never reuse a syringe that is being used for injections. I will use a syringe over and over for oral (equisure, bleeders answer, omeprazole) but not injection syringes... they're cheap, I just buy lots at once and keep them stored all over the place so I have them everywhere I go lol.
