I'm looking for a new at-home exercise program. Over the years I've done P90X, P90X3, Insanity but I'm bored. I'm not a fan of Jillian Michaels and I don't like yoga. I like using weights. Any suggestions?

I love Cathe Fredrick.  19.95/month-over 400 workouts.   Great effective workouts, tins of variety.  I also search YouTube, did les mills body combat 50 this morning-fun kickboxing workout.

Last month, I did hay90X... It's when you get a trailer of 120 bales of hay and put it in the barn by yourself. It took like 90 minutes. Definitely wasn't bored. You should try it, I'll call you next time!

If you like using weights and have at least a weight bench and little supply of weights I would suggest the Thinner Stronger Leaner guide. There is a year long guide that has all the workouts and places to make notes.

Another guide I like is the Sweat with Kayla/BBG app. It is $20/month but it is definitely worth it. And you can do everything from home with hand weights.

I did "The Beast" dvd series for a while.  It's just lifting weights.  The guy is a bit corny but kind of likable once you get used to him.
I started doing cross fit and liked it, but seem to be running out of time especially with the short days now.  My SO has been gone the last two weeks guiding hunts and I have to do all the chores around here.   My body is sore without going to cross fit....

Try the 21 Day fix!!  I loved the workouts and need to start up again.  She incorporates weights 4/7 days.  There's a cardio w/ weights day, leg day, upper body, Pilates, cardio, straight up weights, and then yoga.  It's a really well balanced program and I saw results.

I love kickboxing workouts expecially like Turbo Jam and such.  There are millions of workout videos on YouTube and also if you get bored, subscribing to Beachbody on Demand is probably way cheaper and more effective than buying lots of programs.

I like the 21 Day fix. I get board with the work outs that are the same each day. The food plan is doable for me and I suck at dieting. I am starting another round Saturday.
