Does anyone own one of the Insta-Hot portable hot water heaters? Looking at the original and the Power Max, but I'm really not sure what I would need. Don't want to get the original and not have the water warm enough when it's cool - 65-70- out. But don't want to spend an extra $200 if it's really not necessary.

I had posted about this a week ago and didn't get many responses. We ended up getting a portable water heater off Amazon and rigged up our own cart. It works okay...warms the water about 20 degrees from what it is. We got it to wash cattle in winter.

The Eccotemp L5. We also did not have a sprayer on the end just an open nozzle so might change that.

Does the water actually get hot or lukewarm? I'm concerned that with our colder ground temps it won't get hot enough for cool outside temps.

What is the recovery rate on the water temp? Does it connect to a water hose so it stays filled up or are you limited on the amount of water you can use?
