amberturner4 - 2017-02-15 9:46 PM Hi, I am having some problems out of a boarder and I'm needing some advice. This boarder has 2 horses. They have no manners and literally tear down my fences and climb my gates. I have confronted the owner numerous times and she blows it off like it's no big deal. The owner is a single mother who is a nurse. I originally felt bad for her so I told her I would let her board them for $150 a month that includes feed and hay. Well I finally had enough and told her she had to love them. Now she hasn't been out to the barn in months but after I told her that I guess she was mad. Her, the kids, and her boyfriend went to my barn one night and let my personal horses out of the barn and left all of my gates open. They also threw beer bottles down and other trash. She actually blocked me from her post but I went on her boyfriends page on Facebook and found the post that showed they were out there and what they were doing. I am not trying to be petty but I am so frustrated. She told me she can't move them until she buys some land. The Sheriff Dept said I have to give 30 days. These horses are costing me a lot of money considering all of the fencing and panels they have destroyed. If anyone has been in a similar situation or has some advice I would greatly appreciate it!
