Funny story...I was at the National Convention in Denver a few years ago. A guy had a booth set up in the vendor area selling FORCO. I had not yet heard of it so I went over to look. I asked him what was in it...and he says "Good stuff for their GI system" just really giving me generalities...I said yeah...well what EXACTLY is in it? He tells me "Lady if you can pronounce all the ingredients on this label I'll GIVE you that tub".
Challenge Accepted!

I walked away with my first tub of FORCO. I thought my friend with me was going to choke she was trying so hard not to laugh when he threw out that challenge. You see...he should have never challenged a biologist like that. Especially one with an interest in Fermentation science and Industrial Microbiology.

And BTW...it's good stuff.
