| I can't speak personally for Triple Creek (though I have heard good things about them and they are pretty). I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Pro Rider. My horse was having saddle fit issues and I took her up to Jeremy Bethune and he fitted her for a Pro Rider. I ordered my saddle custom and haven't had a single saddle-fit problem since. They fit all of my horses perfectly and put me where I need to be. Their only minor drawback IMO is the super tall horn (I tend to get my bra caught on that--oops lol) but if I remember correctly, Triple Creek puts a similar horn on their saddles... I would (and WILL) buy another Pro Rider because I just love the way they ride... I won't buy a Jerry Bethune trophy Pro Rider (Jeremy and Jerry are two different makers) because he doesn't use the same quality leather for trophies as for regular saddles... Jeremy, I believe, uses the same quality leather for regular and trophy... But don't quote me on that. |

As far as I know the only custom tree work they do is different sized gullets. I bought a 7 1/2 inch gullet from Lesley. What size gullet do you have? |

| I own a Pro Rider (have had many acutally and liked them all) one I orderd in 2012 I think? I have a triple creek on order (cant wait to get it!). I have ridden in TC before and the one I rode in rides just like my Pro Rider - both saddle makers use the same tree manufacturer. However I went with TC with a new saddle because the Pro Riders are getting a tad pricey for me and I have heard they use a new style tree and they do not look the same as the older models.
My 2 cents! :) |

I want to say that they have standard trees with different gullet sizes. They don't build a tree custom (that I know of) but they will fit your horse from their standard trees. A 6.5" gullet is what ended up fitting my horse. I was shocked, but it works. |

| I have never owned a Triple Creek but I have a few friends that do who love them. I ordered a new saddle 3 years ago and was decidin between these two brands. I went with the Pro Rider because I loved my old one. This is from Jerry and since hindsight is 20/20 I wish I had gone with either the Triple Creek or contacted Jeremy about his saddles. Jerry's line has a different tree than the old ones and it was narrower, cheaply made, and to this day I feel I was overcharged. It came with PLASTIC stirrups wrapped in clear rawhide. JUNK. I will never again order, nor recommend a Pro Rider from Jerry.

Location: Alabama | I had two of the fancy triple creeks. Hated them and sold them. I had two of the old Jerry Bethune ProRider's way back in the 90's and loved them. Sold them when I couldn't ride a 13" anymore. Bought 3 or 4 of the "new" Jeremy ProRiders in the past 5-6 years and didn't like any of them enough to keep. I recently found an old late 90's Jerry with the old white tree in it and will keep it until death do us part! |

Location: Somewhere around here | I've had my Triple Creek for a few years now and I like it but it's too wide for both of my horses and the leather under-work is shotty sadly, otherwise I'd just buy a new one with a smaller gullet size. I like how Pro Riders use the same tree as Triple Creeks but I'm also not too sure what a plain basic 15" saddle would cost from them, their ordering form is a little confusing. |

Location: Alabama | The maker is stamped on the keeper.
If you're buying an older one I suggest the white treed ones.
Idk anything about the new "fancy" ones Jeremy is making. |

| Never rode in a TC but LOVE my Pro Riders and have used them for years. I just bought a new one off Leslie (Jeremy) Bethune and it was $1,250 for a basket weave, black floral seat, 15" saddle and had him add the horsehair tassles on the conchos. It is really pretty for being a more plain saddle and everyone who rides in it, loves it. I also have an old Green Brothers saddle from Frontier Saddlery that rides great as well and is similar to my Pro Rider. |

| I have three Pro Rider saddles- Two made my Jeremy and one by his father, Jerry.. That being said, I LOVE my saddles by Jeremy, but I'm not a fan of the one I have by Jerry at all. |

| I feel like the older TC's are a better quality.
I do not have any experience with the Pro Rider, but the Triple Creek I own has stood the test of time and has fit most of the horses I have thrown it on. |

| I like my TC's and there are several used ones for sale on the FB groups, I've lightly been looking for a 14.5 to swap out my 14 for. Both of mine have a shorter/normal horn not the super tall ones I see on the pro riders.
Both mine have the full 7" gulleted tree and fit 3 of our 4 horses great, the 4th is just a baby elephant. |

Location: northeast | Don't know about the pro riders but I absolutely love my Triple Creek! Lucked out and found a brand new used one with 5 rides in it! I've had all the top names Caldwell,Martin, cactus and this is by far the best saddle fit for this horse! Lightweight, sturdy and fits the horse great and I have a stingray seat and its not slippery at all and I won quite a bit $$$ in it also! Wouldn't hesitate to buy another if I needed one! |
