Location: Northeast SD | I use some of their products and love them but on Facebook I have seen many, many people no longer being a dealer for them and sounds like something is going on with the company. Can anyone tell me what it is? I was thinking of becoming a dealer and just want to be sure before I commit. Feel free to private message me. |

Nothing going on, the market was really saturated so now the company reaches out to potential dealers to see if they are interested in joining the company, as far as I know anyways :) |

| I've only seen one person who is no longer a dealer recently. They are very selective about their dealers and dealers are few. It's not like a regular dealership where anyone who pays for product (think Circle Y or Reinsman, big names) gets to be a dealer. |

Location: Illinois | At one point years ago I tried to be a dealer, but they denied me because I didn't have a business of my own already established like a tack store. Random individuals couldn't become dealers, I assume it's still the case. And a lot of the people can't upfront the kind of money it takes to have the inventory on hand. My dealers always have at least one of each color of every product on hand at all times. I'm sure like with most all companies you have a minimum you have to sell each year to keep your dealer status. And a lot of people are also buying used right now & I know several who just buy straight from the PHT website, bypassing dealers altogether. I don't think there's something going on, I think it's just for some of them it's not fruitful enough for them to stay. |

I second this, but as a customer. I had a mare almost completely sever a tendon and I called her about using PHT for treatment. Not only did I get my wraps QUICKLY, she sent me a little something extra that helped her horse. So I buy from her directly. |

Totally agree! The only reason I am not a dealer (The Tack Stop) is that I sold the business. I still use and promote their products! |
