| I started to reply because I recently had mine injected. But then I thought you were probably asking about horses! Can't help you with horses, never had an SI injection done. But if you're talking about humans let me know and I'll share that info! |

| Ive had 2 horses injected. One was bucking everybody off and he quit after we had that done. Made a big difference with both horses. |

Location: Randolph, Utah | I had my mare done. She had a chronic hock issue and I had just had her injected but she was crossfiring, climbing coming out of the barrels, and just being a witch. Which was not normal for her. The vet and I spent 4 hours blocking her from the stifle down. Finally decided to do the SI and she was a whole new horse. Back to her wanting to please attitude. I only had to do it once, she was retired 3 months later because of the hock problem, if I understood correctly she had went all winter on a ore hocks and compensating made her SI sore. (She wasn't being rode just turned out on the bad hocks) |

| Thanks everyone!!! Just looking ahead with this one. I had an acuscope therapy treatment done and bam it really made a difference. Going to start there! |

Location: Windoming | My horse was slightly lame on his right hind leg. He has had SI injected twice over a period of five years. It's been about two years since it was last injected. But hind leg lameness is how it presents for him. It is my understanding that there is a left side and a right side to inject. We only injected the right side for him. |

Location: Oklahoma | Mine was also crossfiring, really bad. Then once when working her, she gave a HUGE buck when turning the third barrel (right). She was never a bucker. It turned out her right SI was very sore and had it injected. Problem solved, although I understand it may need to be done again sometime. |

Location: Georgia | Mine wasnt working right in the back end. Would get really tense and choppy especially at the first and didnt want to get down and dig or push off. Much better since having SI and right stifle done. |

But is you are talking humans; lets talk. Injections plus had my left side joint fused. |

| My friend just had her gelding done. He had a 4cm separation according to the vet. vet said it was an old injury and who knows where it came from.
He was not lame specifically, just off. He would always rest his hind feet and alternate, especially when he was eating with his head down. He always stood with his hind feet very close together as well.
He was on a month of lots of long trotting after the injection. He was just cleared to run again. He's feeling fabulous and he's not resting his feet anymore. |
