This almost sounds too good to be true. The drops attack your fat cells in all the right area of your body? I know you're supposed to drink a TON of water daily and limit calorie intake, but was curious if anyone on here has tried these drops and if they really do drop the pounds like they claim?

Use common sense. You said yourself it sounds too good to be true - because it is. There is no "easy way out" when it comes to weight loss, as much as people want to believe there is. Diet + exercise.

The only thing you will lose if you fall for these schemes is money. Not weight.

Well i did spend my money on it. I can't say it was the drops that did it because you do have to follow the diet plan too. I really liked it!! The first 2 weeks were HARD! So I think the products just helped me mentally, lol, Its the strict diet that does the trick......I lost 22 lbs in the 45 days of the plan you are suppose to follow and my husband lost 34 lbs. We have both kept most of it off for over a year now. (I went from 158 to 136, but stay at 140 now) It was the best money I have ever spent!! They have a support group on Facebook that you join and it gives lots of advice and recipes!! I will say my husband did not use their products, he just ate the same things I did. So for me I would say the money I spent one time was worth it for the diet plan, the support group, and the way it completely changed our eating habits.

Sounds like it helped you get disciplined on your eating habits.

Yes, thats exactly what it did. The products were mental for me, which I NEEDED, because my husband didn't join in until I was about 3 weeks into the diet, when he saw how fast the inches were coming off. I would say day 14-17 were the toughest, I would of killed for some taco bell nachos or pizza!! After about 21 days I lost the cravings, so who ever said it takes 21 days to break a habit was right on!! The sales lady that I ordered from helped me the most, she sent me pictures and told me exactly what to buy, and thats what I needed was for her to tell me exactly what to eat. Ill give an example of what I ate in a day

drink 1 gallon of water a day

black coffee with stevia
breakfast apple

lunch grilled fish filet - 1/2 sliced cucumber-wasa cracker with spicy mustard

snack orange

supper HB patty or Turkey patty -sautéed spinach-wasa cracker with spicy mustard

for seasonings use lemon juice, sea salt, pepper, brags amino acids.

then I had to go to bed early, so I wouldn't cheat at night....lol

If you follow the program and eat what they tell you you will lose weight. Very fast. One to two pounds per day. But it has NOTHING to do with the drops. HCG has NO medical or scientific proof to back it up. It is simply snake oil in a bottle. The reason you lose weight is because you are literally starving youself. Consuming around 500 calories total per day. Common side effects include hair loss, no energy, and immediately regaining the weight after quitting. It can also lead to serious nutritional deficiencies. It IS to good to be true. Stick to consuming no less than 1200 calories of whole foods- mostly veggies, some protein, and then fruits and whole grains as the smallest portions. If you need a little snack at the end of the day, a square of the darkest chocolate you can stand is fine. Drink water, tea, kombucha, small amounts of coffee (sans cream and sugar if possible). Exercise for at least an hour a day but the more the better. You may not lose weight as fast, but you can expect a couple pounds a week, which is a healthy, sustainable pace. If you're really struggling with apetite control, talk to your doctor about Phentermine or Qsymia. Both are safe prescription apetite supressants that REALLY do make a difference. Phenteramine is pretty inexpensive and readily available (don't buy the non-prescription one online though, it doesn't work at all). Qysymia has phenteramine as well as another drug in it and it works very well but without insurance is about $200 a month. Phenteramine will probably run you $50 at the most.

I edited again to say please please to your research not on forums but on actual HCG from real medical sources. IT IS FAKE. IT DOES NOT WORK. I did the HCG diet without researching it. It was only after my hair started falling out even worse and my metabolism slowed down even more and my anemia came back did I do the reseach to find out that HCG is COMPLETE AND TOTAL SNAKE OIL! The placebo effect can be powerful and trick you into thinking your apetite is suppressed. It is not. This diet is DANGEROUS. For the sake of your health I strongly urge you to try a proven, safe method.

I know quite a few people who have lost 40-150 pounds on it. But I also know people who had tremendous side affects with it.

Start with seeing how many calories you actually eat a day. Then cut it back by 200 calories everyday 4 days until you get to the 1,000-1,200 calories a day and you will lose weight every week.

People also lose weight on "medafast" but all that diet is doing is restricting calories to 600-850 a day. I know several people who lost over 100 pounds on medafast, but it costs a lot of money.

You can do your own modified versions of these diets and get the same exact results without losing a lot of money.

You can actually do it yourself thru portion control, cutting carbs, increase protein and exercise. I didnt have the needed control so I had gastric bypass. But even with surgery, you can regain everything. So it boils down to control & strong will. I will say, NOTHING ever tastes better than a good size body. Sure I miss eating xxxxxxx iteme, but I love fitting into my jeans and riding my horses rather than hiring someone to do the simple pleasure of riding. Control yourself. Common sense.

I suggest looking into weight watchers. Beyond the scale program is wonderful.
I recently started and eating like a pig and don't use up all the points for the day.
The iPhone app makes it so much easier to keep up w my daily food intake.
Normal clean food. Can eat at restaurants etc
Love it

I have used HCG drops.  The drops DO work and control appetite.  How else could you only have 500 calories a day?  Anyway, it's very strict, but works.  Most people do not succeed because you have to be so very strict.
