OCD Lesion Experiences

Hi all, I'm looking to hear your experience with OCD lesions, and would especially love to hear stories about lesions located in the elbow, which I know isn't common. I have a 2 year old filly that was just diagnosed with a lesion in her elbow. It's not a big, but in a bad spot. My vet sent x-rays and did a consult with the surgeon at U Penn and he said that he really doesn't know if surgery would be helpful and/or worth it for her. My vet said that we could try stem cell therapy, he said there aren't studies backing this theory but it certainly wouldnt hurt and would be about 1/4 the price of surgery. In the meantime, our treatment plan is an adequan shot every 4 days for 3 months and a long time of rest in a small turnout area. Has anyone had a horse heal without surgery or with using stem cell therapy? Considering the surgeon's opinion, I don't think I'm going to do the surgery. Thanks in advance.

Probarrels - 2017-05-12 6:53 AM Order OCD Pellets.
I did order OCD Pellets and just started her on them two days ago. Have you had luck with them?
