We got mostly just a bunch of lightning here. It's still raining and we are under flash flood watches. When I talked to my brother earlier he said Carthage was completely out of power. They had some tops out of the trees at the sale barn and the wind cracked the front door going into the lobby.

Tornadoes in Kilgore Longview Henderson looks bad between cartage and Marshall. A motel in Marshall was struck by lightning and was on fire. It was out when I came back through Marshall at midnight. Did not get out of Chillies till the. They had power and were packed. Lake port just south of Longview has a lot of damage. No power in a huge area several counties. This is just what is fairly local to me.

Just got electricity back on a few minutes ago. It went out about midnight last night so not too bad. We had a few broken limbs, but made it through without any major damage. Hope everyone else is ok.

I wondered about y'all. They were saying that there was a tornado on the ground in center and rotation above timpson. Glad everyone is ok. We are gearing up for another round down here tonight. It's looking like I might have to swim my horses to Marshall this weekend.

Thanks for checking on us. We were going to Marshall, but Abi's cousin plays baseball for U of Houston and they are hosting the regional toun. this weekend. So looks like we are going to watch him play. Good luck with your runs next week end.

Well my roof may not have fared very well I the two car ports I have are unscathed. Had to go to Hallsville to take a horse and get a shower and a carport had blown about a 1000 feet. It was sitting on a concrete parking lot and I seriously doubt it was anchored. So if you wonder if they will stay put I would say yes.
