I know it’s been a while and I’m sorry for that… But I figured I’d give an update for those who care. I’ve been out on my own for a few months now. The first few weeks were nasty and I had to stay at a family members place and hide my horses, truck, and trailer throughout the country because he was on the hunt for them. I am safe, all animals are safe now and back home. My attorney is slow as molasses but hopefully things get rolling soon! Thank you all for those who gave me advice and expressed concern for me! I look back now and think why the He!! Did it take so long for me to get out of there… guess love really is blinding… And it took all of you to help me see his true colors. Thank you all again! Love you all!!

I am so glad that you are okay! Like someone else said, the first step is always the hardest. It's actually very empowering to be out on your own and know that your destiny is YOURS!!!

Legal stuff takes forever. Wasn't a divorce but took me over three years on one deal. Got it fixed though. Stay strong and hang in there.

Agreed. My husband has an ex wife and he said it took over a year to even go to court. It sped things up when she stopped letting him see his girls. It also helped that he submitted evidence that she was about to move out of state with the girls.
If anything major happens submit evidence and it should speed up your judge. It's usually not the attorney but the judges that are slow. |

You have been on my mind, so glad that you gave the GOOD update. Stay strong and hold your ground, don't let him sweet talk you into giving him another chance. Remember he still wears the same spots as before!
