Β  If anyone would care to share...what is a neck top and how do you use it? I have one that has pulled back on me twice. The first time I figured out he is a little bit ear shy, & and that's what cause it then (at the trailer). Then this time I was scratching him, and he just pulled back (at a post). Thought about a blocker tie ring, but will it work when I'm hauling him and at barrel races? I was told he tied good, and he does most of the time. I'm just trying to nip it in the bud, before it becomes a big problem.
