I'm looking at buying this saddle, and this is the seat measurement.  Would you say this is a 14, 14.5 or 15"?  

I always thought measure to the stitching, but it seems like it will fit smaller than a 15"?

I would call it 14.5"

Looks like 14.5 to padding to me.

"Technically" , seat measurements go stitching, it's a 15".

For purpose of use its 14.5" (to padding/what you can sit in).
