Location: Somewhere around here | So I got the green light from hubby to buy a few magnetic items next month, yay, and I'm first going to buy hock wraps and bell boots because that's where most of the inflammation happens with my current horse. Eventually I'll like to buy everything for everywhere, but that's not possible right now. Now we all know, I think, that PHT has amazing (and expensive) products. I'm sure they're worth every penny but I only have $200 in total to spend. So what would be the second best option that might be a little more wallet friendly? |

How do you guys feel about their MagnaCu products and CoHorse products compared to the PHT ones?
ETA: maybe I'll buy hocks one month then bell boots the next month.

The MagnaCu is an outstanding item. The copper infused fabric really works. Expensive? Yes. Worth every penny? Absolutely. Plus they are all American made. |

Location: Under The Big Sky Of Texas | I have the older Magnetic sheet and bell boots and love them, I cant say much about the newer MagnacCu but since they are made by the same company you can bet your bottom dollar they are just as good... Dont be wasting your money on a different brand of magnetic sheets and bells and other items, just keep saving up your money for the PHT they truely work. Like you said buy an item each month from PHT you wont be sorry. |

Ok great thanks! I think I've decided to go with the MagnaCu products and just buy one product every month. I'd rather have a great item that's pricey than a ok product that's not doing much. |

They have a group on Facebook that has some great deals on used PHT products. I think it is like "used pht bot and dura tech items" |

Location: Oklahoma | Question: On the magnets do you think you really need the magnets for hocks, feet, and blanket? I got the magnacu blanket and love. But I also got a magnet bracelet that I love and I have issues with my hips and after wearing it a couple weeks it cleared up! and I haven't worn my bracelet 2-3 weeks and still doing good on my hips. So if the bracelet can work throughout my body why wouldn't the blanket be enough? I understand bout maybe just getting hocks bc that is where your problem is and that localizes it. but I don't understand having the blanket and hocks and stifle and bell all at once. I also don't understand why leave them on 24 hours? Wouldn't the body get dependent on the magnets? and yes I left my bracelet on 24 hours and had every intention to wear all time bc very pretty and was helping but it got to where my arm was feeling weird and hurting and I switched to the other arm and within a min it was doing the same on that arm. So that's what got me thinking bout magnets can be left on too long. Maybe Im the weird one lol So just curious others opinions on this. Thanks Hoping this is not stealing the thread! |

You can steal it ;) lol I don't care. Now I'm still new to magnetics (and someone correct me if I'm wrong) but I know with the leg items you just use for a short amount of time, I believe 15-50 minutes at a time depending on your horse and if it's his first time using it or it's his 15th time. And for the blanket I mainly see people using it on their horses while they're being trailered. I know trailering can be long with some trips but it's probably pretty beneficial that way since they can't move their body. |

The bell boots are a great addition to the blanket as it helps to keep the "ting" (acupuncture) points open in the feet. These points are the entrance and exit points for the meridians. The bell boots also help with Feet issues The leg wraps address leg issues. |

Magnetic therapy is a cummulative therapy. So the more you use it the better it works. No the body doesn't get dependent on it. Once the body balances it out, the blanket helps keep it that way. |

No you are not correct on the time useage on the leg items. Again it is a cummulative therapy. Minimum is 20 minutes, which means it needs to be on there at least 20 minutes for any results to occur. |

As far as your bracelet, you need to find out if it is bipolar or unipolar. PHT is unipolar which is what makes it safe to use for long periods

Location: Illinois | There are a couple of PHT dealers that offer a payment plan as well if that would interest you. I invested in the sheets first as I have two different sized horses. I sold all my BOT to pay for them. Now I have a separate stash for PHT stuff I want to add, I just got a pair of the Wonder Wraps last week. Slowly but surely, I'll get all I want. And even though the PHT is more expensive, it really does have the best resale value. It's pretty easy to sell for a nice price if you decide you don't like it for some odd reason. |
