The less I use the closer up the better she runs...but still is not like the old her. I did try running once with her off it and I felt like I had my horse back!!!!.....then I went over and had her scoped and she bled. I do think she's better conditioned now I only use like 2.5-3cc. I've had her scoped with that amount several times and she's always clean. My problem is if I do it an hour out, she doesn't have time/won't pee. She won't pee once I put the saddle on and I need time to warm her up (and I wait to tack and warm her up at the very last minute). Question- It was suggested to me by a lady that trains on the racetrack to use Kentucky Red and Amicar together instead, that that is what they use. Does anyone have any experience with this? Dosage, timing, does it work, is it as harmful, etc?
