I stopped using my saddle on her when I saw the white spots. She has what looks like to me a different shaped back so I don't know what size gullet to use on her and my treeless doesn't really work either.

I about spit my drink out??

To the OP that’s unfortunate! A friend had to have a coats custom made for her horse. He had one shoulder bigger than the other and was wide across his back. Took three trees to get it right.

Is she hip high? You should try a biofit pad or put shims in front to raise saddle.

She looks like to me shes got a mild/minor roached back, what kind of pad where you using under your treed saddle and how thick was it and what brand of saddle were you using on her?

Not that I'm a gambler, but if I could lay hands on her, I'd bet she has signifcant pain and swelling due to constant muscle contractions toward the loin. (typed lion twice) Pain in her hind end could have her dumping on her front which can change the shape of the topline muscles over time. I'm still thinking she looks a little hip high which can sure cause the saddle to tilt forward resulting in those marks.

I was using a Charmayne James air ride pad and the saddle is a teskeys saddle

I did recently have to have her stifles injected

Get rid of that Charmayne air ride pad they are junk thats why your getting those white spots, get a pad like a  3/4 inch or if your saddle fits really good then 1/2 inch 5 Star or Tod Sloan but a 3/4 is what I would go with and just make sure your saddle has the right tree for your mare, but I would change pads and see how that gos befor getting a different saddle..
Edit to add.. I bought one of CJ air ride pads a few years back just to see if they were as good as some said they were, WRONG I gave that sucker away after trying it one time, was worth less under a saddle..
