Has anyone tried this for their horse? What were the results?

Like Fetlock?  We did lower hock joints, which was miracle on a low/no motion joint.

Before you do anything I strongly suggest a visit  with the lameness vet.  Get the referal and go, your current vet should not mind or be offended since she had not be able to figure out his lameness issues.   My vet had no problem sending me to A&M, when my horse stepped on the nail I first took him to Matt, he told me he would treat it but A&M was I needed to take him if I wanted to “go all out” on his treatment.

My personal opinion is if you want to fuse the pastern, go all out with surgery.

I agree with this.  You need a good lameness vet to look at this horse.  If she's any kind of vet at all, she will gladly share his records and won't mind a second opinion.

I did alcohol on a hock. I’ve got a lawn ornament.

My farrier once told me a story about a mare he use to trim, the owner did the alcohol injection hoping to fuse the joint for ringbone......the ENTIRE HOOF fell off. How? I have no idea, but he showed pictures, and it was nasty
