| My horse injured his DDFT in July and is almost ready to start running again. Are iconoclast a good investment now?
What about the hinds? Reg vs tall? Tall would fit him but is that too much boot/bulk?
I’d like your opinions - good and bad! |

| I’ve never used them on a horse coming off an injury, but I felt they were very bulky on my finer boned gelding. I also wasn’t impressed with how they held up with regular use over a season, the Velcro was shot and they had several tears in them at the stitch points. |

Thank you - I was wondering if they were bulky. Do you feel they were more “supportive” than other boots?
I run in PC Elites and don’t like CE because I feel they’re too bulky... |

The first ones that came out I agree with this on but the company replaced those for ppl and have since improved the boots.
I like them and feel the double sling offers more support bc its made to mimic a racing V wrap. I haven't tried the 5 star ones but they are made similar. I'd rather have the double sling now that it is available in whatever style boot. |

| I have used iconoclast for a few years now. I had to get a new pair of boots recently and I went with the classic equine crossfit. I absolutely love them and they offer a lot of support as well. Just another option out there |

Location: Cocoa, Florida | I absolutely love my iconoclast boots, I have several pairs I think they give the most support of any boots I’ve used, I have had a pair for over 2 years and they’re still in perfect shape. I just got a dyed colorful pair also! |

Location: Somewhere around here | I've tried PC, Classic, Classic CrossFit, and Iconoclast. I think my favorite is a tight race between the Iconoclast and CrossFit. Iconoclast have worked great for me and my bigger boned gelding, has to have mediums on front and larges on the back. The Velcro was super sticky and stayed in place great! Had to throw my back boots away at two years only because my horse stepped on one of the bands as I was putting them on and somehow he ripped it off. My fronts are on their third year and still going strong.
Now last year I bought fronts and backs of CrossFits and I like them, I really do, but some days I wish the Velcro was stickier. Oddly enough I bought them in the same color blue but my fronts are a noticeable 3 shades lighter than the backs. I do like how I can put them on quicker than Iconoclasts. |

When did they change hands? I got a pair last year for awards and feel they’re bulky...haven’t used them much so I can’t say if they’d hold up better than the first set I got. I use them maybe once every week or 2. |
