| It is just sickening, we need to look really hard and examine what has changed in our society that theses kids are killing each other. This high school is attended my many of the youth barrel racers in the association I run in, all are safe. Many were picked up running down the highway to get away from the shooter. |

| I simply do not get this. WTF? And Why? This just did not happen back when I was in school. What is causing these kids to have so much rage pent up that they feel the need to go and do something like this. Queue all the gun control advocates again. When are they going to stop blaming the method and get down to the WHY. That is how you stop this kind of thing from happening. We have to get down to the WHY. So, so sad. Many prayers for all in involved. |

| I think it's the chosen go-to at the moment. I don't get good attention at school or at home, so I'm going to get something to get attention -- BIG attention -- even though it's negative.

Yes, in psychology we call that Negative reinforcement. I also think it might be due in part to substance abuse by PARENTS over the decades. These kids brains may have been doomed from the start.
