For a month now I have been loosing hands full of hair everyday, I went to dermatologist said that sickness and or stress is causing the massive hair lost but I have female pattern baldness starting. I did have blood drawn and all was good there.

Did Rogaine work for you and tips on using it.
I got the foam and the direction say once a day, the doctor said twice.
Which one do I do?
I got the 5% solution in the foam.
I'm so upset this is happening and hope to hear some good news from some lady's here!
Thank you

I have not used Rogaine, but I was losing a lot of hair about a year ago due to stress, and my hair dresser recommended I take a pre-natal vitamin. So I did, every day and my hair has been growing like a weed since! They are pretty inexpensive, and work great!

After my third child Hashimoto disease showed up for me. I have had issues my entire life but it didn’t show until my 30,s. I had hair nice and thick to the back of my knees most of my life but when this immune disease showed up I have lost about 60% of my hair. I had to cut it to my shoulders and essentially have very little hair around my forehead! It turned from blonde to a dark mousey color. No rogaine or any supplements work for me, I just wear hats when I can and use lots of hairspray! I can’t afford extensions so I just go with little hair, yes it’s the first thing people look at when they meet me but it is what it is! No chemicals will help with this just get tested and change your lifestyle, maybe that will help.

I'm 49, and I can definitely see a difference from taking the skin, hair, and nail vitamins. (Hair that's coming in has a lot of gray tho---guessing 50 isn't the new 20 after all )

I didn't see a big diff using Rogaine but I did see improvement when I started taking Biotin - I just get it at Walmart, it took several months and now I have to clip my fingernails as they grown like weeds - never, ever clipped them before as they just chipped and broke off. It didn't help my hair like it did my nails but it did help.

I have been taking a joint supplement for years for bad knees. Started taking another supplement called health hair. I will have to go on line and set up my on line patient chart with Mayo.

I have taken Andrew Lessman "Hair, Skin & Nails" and that helped, but since I have been taking the CBD Oil for my back and joint pain my hairdresser commented on how much it has grown since the last time. She also said it was fuller and I have natural wavy/curly fine hair. I also added Omega 3 to my vitamins.
