| Please share your experiences (good, bad & ugly) along with how much you are giving and when (daily/ as needed etc). Do you use pellets or liquid ?
Considering trying this, just want more input due to the cost of it.

| We start with a 25 mg dose you can adjust that . Some people add an extra dose pre race. I used it on a very nervous horse and it helped I know it helps me. We used a pellet on him . I was using an oil on a hurt horse and it did help her pain level. I am going to go ahead and give it a try on a couple horses to see how it works.

Location: NW MT | I use the CBD hemp pellets primarily for the horses and reason being, the 2 that get it all the time, NEED IT all the time and SO much easier than trying to dose with drops under their lip 2x day. I do have a bottle of the tincture if the one mare who is on the pellets needs extra (a particularly stressful situation - otherwise, the normal dosage of 1 TB a.m. & p.m. is perfect for her). She gets it for her PX gene - it is a component of RER. This mare has always been on the "emotional" side, and would get increasingly "silly" over something & nothing & very difficult to bring her down. She is happy & comfy now. (she is also n/P2, and was still having muscle episodes until these pellets were added to her diet. The previous ones helped but were no where near as good as these). My 30 year old gets the pellets for her arthritis & to help her appetite. I figured I'd have to put her down late last fall since she had lost weight & was seeming more stiff, even on the previous pellets too. Once we got this new supplier, she is a different horse - eating all her food, stiffness is so much better, gained weight - & before we got the snow, she was back to running with the herd in the fields and even bucking! I take the soft gels for humans - 2 knees that were bone on bone and even with prescription anti inflammatories, was awake a lot of the night due to the pain & aching. The CBD soft gels stopped that, and helped me to sleep soundly. The company I rep for & the products I use is Hope Botanicals - there is a webpage. Anyone with any questions, please feel free to msg me. There are no fillers in any of our products, 0 THC, and products are tested - labs are available for anyone to read (MANY companies will not release their labs, IF they have them done). As usual, I do give a BHW discount on anything ordered through me too.

Location: Dubach, LA | Tried a pre race dose on my nervous cutting bred horse. I got no noticeable difference. It’s expensive, too. I had already decided that if it worked, I was planting marijuana in my pasture.??

Location: Oklahoma & Texas | I use plantacea cbd pellets for one of my horses and I use the oil tincture for myself and a dog... my personal take is my mare needed the pellets for about two weeks before I saw a change and after a month I really saw a difference- she gets three small scoops which is about 100 mg of cbd and on race days I’ll give her an extra 50mg about two hours before I haul... she was anxious and witchy before - and she is much more relaxed and not mare-ish now .... she would lunge at other horses at barrel races and just aweful in the warm up pen because Of how anxious she’d get and nervous. She would also get sore in her back and flanks I believe from ovary and hormones - and cbd seems to help a lot with that. As for me i had neck surgery a couple years ago and it is great for inflammation and aches and pains - I take one dropper full a day. And I decided to give it to a dog I have thatbhas copd - has cleared his copd up about 90% - this dog would cough to the point of having sore ribs and lose his bladder a little and now he runs and plays again and barely has a cough - he was the biggest suprise I had using it because it was just a chance I took trying it on him and it worked within a couple hours on him. Noticeable change within a day. I’m a believer in cbd as I’ve seen it work and use it myself.. I don’t think it’s a cure all but worth trying !

| I'm a huge fan of Plantacea. Because it WORKS! Keeping in mind, every horse is different and metabolizes things differently so dosages need to be adjusted as individuals. But, if you're feeding it for pre-competition anxiety, we see the best luck with 75-100mgs 2-3 hours prior to your run.
If you're feeding daily for anxiety, overall health, inflammation, etc then 25-50mgs per day will typically maintain one well.
And, they're having a 40% off sale right now so it's a good time to try it! https://www.facebook.com/PlantaceaCBDofSoCal/

I've tried a few different companies' CBD & didn't have any luck with them. Gave this one more try from Rockyroad & LOVE theirs!
Thank you. My horses are doing SO much better!
