If you have FOX news you will miss nothing, and SouthTx, including the farmer/rancher you referenced above. It's why liberals absolutely hate FOX and why so many people watch it. Without them, everyone would be in the dark.
Well not really. Fox news is the only thing on TV that is even putting some of the real information out. But they are weeks behind the alternative news. There are MANY people who are citizen journalists that put real (well researched and credible) news out. You just have to go find them on Youtube or their own hosted podcasts.
OregonBR, I'd be interested to hear who you're following on YouTube... |

Here’s a link to an article that beautifully ties together all the efforts to destroy Trump: https://www.amgreatness.com/2019/02/17/autopsy-of-a-dead-coup/ |

It was really, really good. And no, he did not mince words. I was going to start another thread, about 10 minutes before his speech in Miami started to let people know it was on. However, I would then have had to say I was on FNC and I just didn’t want to start ‘another’ one of ‘those’ threads. |

Location: Northeast SD | Forgive me as I don't follow politics extremely closely but I cannot figure out why Dems do not want a wall? They act like we cannot allow anyone in if the wall built but what blows my mind is that they can IF they do it legally. I don't understand why they've made a big deal out of this?? |

Exactly. You hit the nail on the head. Why do they resist a wall?? We can speculate about different reasons. Some or all may be true. In the grand scheme of things the cost of the wall we need (IMO) is minor compared to the waste of taxpayer dollars on things we don't need and shouldn't be spending money on. For instance aid to people who hate us and would like to kill us all. |

Because they want our president to be a failure, and if people don't register to vote, and stand up for this country,we will all fail. |

I would say that as well. Except they never really thought an outsider would win the presidency and so they gave lip service to the immigration problem for 3+ decades while they didn't follow through. They even went so far as to allocate money to bills they passed. But they never built a wall that would keep anyone out or no wall at all. Which brings up another question. What happened to the money?? Trump is building walls decades later when the cost of every is more. He's getting a lot of wall for the money he's spending. So they were all hat and no cow. They never intended to build a wall. EVER. |

Yep...that’s exactly the way it goes each and every time. It is definitely Trump Derangement Syndrome. He is just hated. But that is how they argue...argue on facts, then the topic is dropped, you move to another grievance, or just start talking about the weather. LOL But God forbid if anyone spoke out against what Obama did for 8 years, you would have been a racist then too.

Honest question here. How can people still believe the dems retoric? I'm completely at a loss. True story: When I was a teenager (13-15) I had a horse and used to ride all over the small town we lived in. I met all sorts of people. I met two boys (neighbors) who were a little bit older than I, and we rode together and hung out. All innocent stuff. Fast forward a few years. I got hired at the same company one of the men was working at. We again hung out and were friends. Then the company we were working for closed (long story) and we lost touch. The other man I saw more than the first one because he also was into horses but more show horse and I was into speed events. But we saw each other casually for many years when we were at a horse sale or somewhere at the same time. FF again. I am FB friends with the second man. I found out over the course of our knowing each other he's gay. He reposts and likes a lot of my political posts. Definitely not a democrat. I recently had a reason to reconnect with man #1 and we are completely polar opposites politically. Both smart men with similar backgrounds but one is a democrat with views that are 180 degrees different from mine. The other seems to get my views and agree with them. I've been thinking about the democrat for several days asking myself how can he believe the way he does? I don't get it. I want to understand. |

I kind of have an idea where my cousin's views come from...and its health coverage. Because of some health issues his family has they are now in a bit of a bind and he supports "free" health care for all. He had to quit his job to caretake for a family member.
