Anyone ever use one of these pads??? I have a saddle that fits my mare beautifully  and has been running in it for 3 years. Only issue is that she has almost zero withers and it rolls a little when making a competition run. I switched to a mohair cinch and that really helped but was considering a tacky too underpad under my saddleright pad ONLY for competition runs ! I am not a fan of the waffle bottom pads for lots of reasons but I figured it might for work for the 17-18 seconds during a run. Anyone ever use one ? Thanks !

I had the same problem. Used the Reinsman Tacky pad only when I ran.  Never had a problem with using it and it did keep my saddle in place.

Thanks !!! That’s what I’m hoping for. Just use it to run, not daily riding etc. I bought just the underpad for now , not their whole pad. Can’t wait to try it.

I've never run in one but use one more for trail riding or just daily riding. They can have a tendency to pull the hair (esp if they have a winter coat). For that reason when I use it with the long hair I use a liner with it to avoid that.
