i have a horse scratching her butt/ rubbing her tail. She’s doesnt have worms. It’s like she’s just mildly itchy. I’ve used some stuff in the past that has helped if applied every few days but with blanketing I can’t do that. So wondering if the wraps u can buy to put at the top of the tail actually stay put and protect the hair. Thx!

Every year I go through trying to keep my broodie tails wrapped as they near foaling. Other than vetwrap that lasts about 2-3 days (because you can't wrap tight-tight) I can't get any of the commercial wraps to work.

I would just condition her tail with conditioner and use a leave in conditioner to help take away the itch.

This worked for me. I mix mane & tail conditioner & laser sheen in a spray bottle with water. Spray on & rub in. Works every time
