Matthew 20:28. " The Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life for a ransom for many"

we are totally incapable of loving people the way Jesus loves us..

as we've seen Jesus' love is unlimited, NOTHING "shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is IN Christ Jesus our Lord" Romans 8:39

Christ's love to us is unconditional. Jesus doesn't love us if we meet certain criteria or act certain ways. In fact, " God demonstrated His own love toward us, in that while we were sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8

Jesus' love is also unselfish, so much that He willingly walked to the cross for your salvation and mine.  And Christ's love is also unchangeable: " Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever" Hebrews 13:8

As the Spirit works to make us more like Him, we will be more able to love others with a love that is unlimited, unconditional, unselfish, and unchangeable, for that is how Jesus loves us. Christ's love didn't propel Him to the cross when you were worthy, but when you were a sinner. Keep this perspective in mins as you love someone today who may not derseve it.

Lord, I don't become more like You by getting more of You, but by giving You more of me.  Guide me to do all things that will bring glory and honor to You AMEN for it is WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE Matthew 19:26
