I’ve rode all my life. Never had problems with saddle rub on my legs. Until this past week and weekend. It started last Saturday I put some Bag Balm on it and it seemed better the next day. This has been going on for over a week. I had a barrel race this past Saturday and by the time it was over my legs were raw and bleeding. My mare showed out bad so she doesn’t need a single day off but I’m to the point I can’t ride. Anyone know what could be causing it all of a sudden and what’s a cure for it???? 

The rub is on you, correct? Did you get new equipement or jeans??

Yes. From my knee to about mid way up my thigh. Nope. Same saddle I’ve been riding in for 10 years.

Are you pregnant?  My legs got super tender (along with my boobs, sorry if thats TMI) before I ever took a pregnancy test.

 I haven’t thought about that. I didn’t know that could happen.
