Anyone know if there's a way to do this?  Or look up a horse by owner?

I’ve found that you can look up a horse by name or registration number and get their extended pedigree and complete owner history, but other than that I haven’t been able to access any other records. Half the time the emails with the info either never come through or come through about 12 hours later. Hopefully someone else has a better answer!

Yes. Go to records research. Put the horses name or registration number in the appropriate spot and ask for a sire or dam report. You have to pay for them now. There is no credit available. 

They also have grandsire reports. 

I have looked but for some reasons it always tells me they are unavailable now or access is denied for some reason. I have no problem paying (I have before and sometiems pay for the other available reports) but I cannot get a basic sire or dam report to save my life.
