Where is the best place to live year round in AZ for schools and horses? Looking for a clean, safe town with good schools. And if anyone knows of any horse property coming up for rent in Sept/Oct that would be GREAT!

I used to live in the Buckeye area and there are some good options for schools. Lots of horse property too! It does get pretty dang hot in the summer though, but very few bugs to deal with (minus flies)!
Dewey and Prescott are North of Buckeye and are also great places with a more mild summer.
maybe Prescott area but it's expensive there. I like the Cottonwood area too. (Chino Valley, Paulden etc are also more mild weather but I hate the wind there!) Are you ok with extreme heat? Or prefer a milder climate? What kind of jobs do you need to find? Wages are nothing to brag about in most areas either.
I dont mind the heat.I dont EVER want to see snow again HAHA!!! we are moving with my husbands job so that's covered. I like Queen Creek and Chandler but wasnt sure where else is a nice area for kids..
