Well CRAP!  Back injections three weeks ago are resulting in a slower recovery than I anticipated. I had to cancel my three days of speaking at Western States Horse Expo in Pomona this weekend. I really hate to back out on a commitment and the chance to meet great people. Next year. 

Hope that you get back to your old self soon, back issues is a tough thing to have to go threw.
