hey, i got a new jet pack and it would not pick up the internet, jad to go back to the old one. With tech support on my phone did a speed test and my phone was faster on internet speed. Anyone have experience.

Location: Paradise , tx		We have a Verizon jet-pack, we have a metal roof and vanyl siding and have had no problems  with reception, but has gone out twice, but if you call Verison they are very good at getting things straightened out and we have  had both jet packs replaced- the third on seems to be doing ok so far ( guess I souldn't say that, as now will probably go out )  We did have ATT air card for several years but  it was pretty awful.
