Location: Texas | I had to make the extremely tough decision to say goodbye to Shot of Glamour, my beloved sorrel and white mare, at 1115 hours yesterday morning. I am so thankful and blessed for the 16 wonderful years the Lord allowed me to keep her for. She's been my girl since the day she was born on February 25, 2003. I could go on and on about how amazing she was to me, but I will keep it short. She had more heart than any horse I've ever known, and always gave me 110% of herself. She may have only been 14.3hh and 1000lbs but she had the biggest personality and the biggest heart. She was my once in a lifetime horse. I will attach a picture or two when I'm off shift. My daughter told me that she's a unicorn now, flying around with God. I love and miss her dearly. |
