| We are going to Costa Rica the beginning part of February. I'm not much of a lay on the beach gal, I like to do things and stay busy. Any places to visit or fun things we should do? |

| We stayed in a place called Los Suenos. Really nice. Went deep sea fishing out of there and caught Marlin and Sail fish. It was awesome! |

We were there about 6 years ago. I don't remember the name of the town but we were in the southern part. We stayed at a Four Seasons that had two beaches. One on the Atlantic and one on the Pacific.
You could watch the sunrise over the Atlantic in the morning and set over the Pacific in the evening.
All the balconies were screened in to keep the monkeys out. And they were everywhere.
There was a golf course on the grounds and while we don't golf we did rent golf carts just to go touring over the grounds.
Very remote where we were. Nothing much to do if you didn't golf. It was about an hour to the town with the airport but nothing much there either.
Very relaxing and very beautiful. Activities were lacking. |

Location: So Cal | My parents recently "retired" there from the US and are setting up a business doing some unique tours with hikes, etc. They're in a more inland area, not by the beach but have awesome jungles, waterfalls, know all about the native animals and everything. I'm sure they'd love to give tips on places to go or show you around if you end up in their area. They just made IG and FB pages for the deal they're starting up, called "Chachagua Challenge" if you want to check it out. :) |

Apparently we're staying in an all-inclusive but *if* we go somewhere to do a tour or off site activity this is what I wonder about. |
