Today is
I haven't bought boots in YEARSSSS so I finally bought a new pair online and I don't like them! What are some of your favorite boots for riding?
Tony lama San Saba or Justin bent rail
Sean got me some new Justin George Striat's (heavy sigh here!) for Christmas. . . I'd worn my first pair out!
I don’t know what brands carry this item but I want a pair with a crepe sole! I tried a friend’s boots and they are so comfy and I like the way they feel in the stirrups.
Just got a new style Ariat that has a lot of cushion! Really feels good.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE my twisted X for daily wear. I have not ridden in them because they have a rubber sole and I don't like riding in rubber soles, I prefer leather sole for riding, my stirrups are aluminum and have a rubber grip and I feel like my feet get stuck if that makes sense. I ride in a pair of Ferrini that are very comfortable.
I like Justin Bent Rails. Leather sole for riding and they are comfortable for me although there is not much cushion to them. They are my go to boots.
Hard to beat Twisted X for comfort though. I used to have their workboots and now have a pair of their slip on type shoes. These slip ons are my all-time favorite everyday western shoes but I don't ride in them because of rubber soles. I seriously love these shoes.
I love my Double H boots. Good support and last forever. I also wear them for work every day and my feet feel great even after 8 or 9 hours.
My very favoites are the Twisted X All Around. They have a rubber sole but I ride in wooden stirrups only and NO problems at all.
I like my Ariat's. Honestly though, I'm either wearing tennis shoes or my Ariat work boot/shoe kinda things. Whatever works. Ariat is my go-to brand though. They are always comfy.
I have a narrow foot with a high arch.
I have a pair of Boulet's that have been resoled several times. They are my everyday, everything boots.
I also really like Lucchese's with a leather sole - I have several pairs that are amazing quality.
