I was livid, but now I am just mad, hahaha. She is one of those that can cry pretty and bat her eyelashes and "poor me" to men. The kind of woman I have always despised the most. Ah well, we'll get through it. People have worse problems than this. We are just sooo normal it's quite a shock to us. I am so grateful for everyone's prayers, y'all are the best!

8 Long months....

Ohhh I thought that was how long she'd had to get one up til now.   Not fair 

She has had 8 months to get a lawyer but the stupid judge gave her until February 26 to get a lawyer. The next court date is February 26. I know it doesn't sound that long, but every night she is texting, calling my son at all hours of the night. If he doesn't answer she texts him that someone is driving in the pasture, her truck won't start, etc. Then when he comes over she starts in on him. He finally started turning his phone off and she texted me. I just told her Jake's phone must have died, but yes, he was at home. This is just a little of what she does/says. We have provided a safe place for to live rent free, fixed her truck numerous times, I let her use my truck, these are only a few things we have done for her SINCE they started the divorce stuff. No more. We will still let her live at the trailer house rent free but that is all. So another month of this crap is just bad news, because she will try to play the judge again to draw this out. 

She must have REALLY good "eyelashes" Miss G.  Not to make light of this by any means tho.  

Oh crud!!!! I read that so wrong, all I saw was HAS 8 months and missed the HAD , I am so sorry for that . My question is why didnt she get a lawyer in the first place knowing that she was going to court. My gosh, how long has this divorce thing been going on? Does she work? I am sure that you are just heart broke over this whole thing and want this to be over with. Worring over the baby has got to be so exhausting for you and your family.

She works and is very good at it. She is an emergency room vet tech. But as you know, in South Texas and specifically Corpus Christi, the pay scale is low compared to other cities. That is one thing she is fighting- that if she is to share custody she has to live in Nueces county or the surrounding counties. That is a no budge thing for my son. The share custody is also what she is fighting. She wants that child support.
