Would anyone be willing to buy a used saddle (reputable maker) where the original saddle tree was replaced because it was crooked? It was sent back to the manufacturer and replaced with an identical tree that goes in that specific saddle.

I had tree's replaced a few times and had no problem selling the saddles when I was ready for a different saddle, as long as it was a know brand or a good brand.
Yes....why wouldn't you? my husband was a saddlemaker for over 40 years and replaced MANY saddle trees. IMO, it makes the saddle more like brand new than purchasing an older saddle that "could" have a defect in the tree.
I wouldn't hesitate! I would confirm with the saddle maker, but if it was done by the original saddle maker, I would assume it was done correctly and I'd buy it!
If you are planning on selling this saddle, dont put repaired tree in the ad, put replaced.
