Anyone doing the Optavia diet? 

Optavia was great but it was not affordable for myself on  one income. I lost 20 pounds then gave up due to the price. 

I did this diet, but with a company called Livea (local to Minnesota, was formly Medifast), however was pretty much the exact program.

I lost 40lbs from August to December. It was challenging, but do-able. Although I think every diet is challenging :)
