She was very believable and her theories made a lot of sense given that very little of this whole pandemic episode makes any sense at all.  It's hard to buy that the death count here in the US is accurate if Medicare kicks in $5000 for simple pnuemonia, $13000 for a Covid and $39000 for ventilator patients.  Throw in Cuomo sending Covid patients to nursing homes where thousands of residents have died as a result......he had a surplus of beds and a hospital ship.  It simply wasn't necessary to send ill patients to nursing homes.  Tough to sort out.
