Extreme Veteran Posts: 324	I have, but I find that I didn't like the final product as much as sets made by tack makers who can do inlays and what not. When I did mine, I got the swarovski crystals, conchos, and gem tac glue from conchos.com

Oh my gosh you can find conchos everywhere now adays, lol, Google Rodeo Drive Conchos. I have found some really nice ones on Ebay too. I have replace alot of the conchos on my saddles and added some really nice ones to headstalls and breastcollars.
