Alright here we go.... 

So I bought this mare a few years ago a second she can flat smoke a barrel pattern until she fractured her cannon bone and even though the vet said she was fine I made her a broodmare. 

She's had 2 foals so far and they were by our corona cartel stud and are absolutely beautiful. But here is the deal... I want somethinf proven and GOOD that will compliment her even more. 

Pedigree is simple.. She is pacific bailey, dashing cleat, fols native. She's got big long sloping shoulders and long long legs. I'd like something that would add some bone and temperament is a must. She can be a little flighty about everything and is all business... Won't stand there and let you pet her. She's not an in your pocket type of horse. 

Who would you breed her to?

I do love ASOF. I have a colt by him that is insanely smart. With that said...ASOF is one of those you need to watch how you cross. Given my personal experience with my ASOF, and the other mentioned bloodlines...I'd probably shy away from it.

I don't have experience with BJO so I can't really give an opinion.

I know Eddie does produce sort of hard minded horses. But you can't ignore how well DTF crosses on just about anything. Plus I knew his dam. She was a very gritty mare. I really like the thought of Eddie on the blood lines you mentioned.

Epic would be a good one too I think. Especially with the way he produces. I'd go with Eddie or Epic myself. I think the Epic's might be a little more user friendly than the Eddie's. 

I think we will be going with Epic Leader. Probably best with how the mare herself is. 

Epic is a really nice horse. His babies are in demand right now. Best of luck! 

Use allbreed and put the pedigree link of your mare on here for better evaluation .. 

My first thought for bone and temperment is Shawne Bug Leo. He adds both. But, it's hard to really suggest something without seeing a conformation picture and papers.

Epic Leader would be my choice if I were close enough to breed with cooled.  

We are booked to Epic Leader. Hoping we get a very nice looking baby. Pray my girl takes the first time ?? 

What would you shy away from with ASOF ?  What do you feel are his strongest attributes that he throws ? Thx
