| I just got a letter in the mail today saying that they have received my unemployment claim and it is being processed but that I don't have enough wages to draw anything! Plus the place that it shows income from is a place I have'nt worked since 2012 but it shows me having income from them in 19 & 20. I tried calling the state but offices closed at 4pm so I went online and filed an unemployment claim fraud. I have gone over my credit cards and nothing unusual. This here world is going crazy!!!! |

I fired a guy for stealing last year.
Police filed a report but I didn't press charges because I didn't want his dumb ass in jail and not being around for his kids.
He filed unemployment, I disputed and they paid.

In all actuality, owners can file a claim in some states. If they were W2 wage paid. However, it would be up to the state unemployment office to decide if it was a valid reason or not. |

| I guess there has been a surge in fraudulent cases in Kansas. I called the place that was listed as my employer that I was trying to draw off of. I hadn't worked there since 2012. She said that they are getting about 6 cases like this a week. She gave me the link to report it, got that done and received my police report number. If people would only work at as hard at ACTUAL WORK then they wouldn't need to work this hard at theft! |

That is what has been happening at my sons place of employment. The company received the notices that they were being filed against. Problem was everyone that supposedly files still worked there! THEIVES! grrrrrr |

Location: the end of the rainbow | Unemployment fraud has been huge in Nevada since April. Myself and over 100 people that work for my county had our information used to file fraudulent claims. I'm hoping it's not an issue come tax time since I didn't actually receive any unemployment benefits. |

Location: Montana | This just happened to my boss. They tried to use her maiden name ( been married for ten years) and her previous address. She is sure that it was her roommate from before she got married. We also got a claim for a lady who use to work here that was murdered in 2018. People are money hungry greedy SOB'S. |
