It cuts out the county currently receiving the tax dollars from that company so it goes directly to the state. Nevada has large areas of undeveloped land (I also see a run on these companies trying to buy BLM land) and now heaven knows who (probably China) is going to have their fingers in our state & local government pies. There has been an ongoing battle for water rights in Nevada since some of our less populated areas have large underground aquafers that the more populated areas have been trying to requisition water from for years.
